Telephone bookings open 3 weeks prior to Opening Night. Phone between 6pm - 9pm Mon-Sat on (02) 4628 5287. Book on-line by using the menu on the right. The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to commencement of a performance. Payments are required at the time of booking. Booked tickets must be collected 30 minutes prior to a performance.

How to purchase tickets
All tickets to our shows generally go on sale three weeks before the advertised opening night. To make a booking, you can:

• By Phone: Call us between 6pm and 9pm Monday to Saturday on 02 4628 5287. When booking your tickets via phone we prefer credit card payment in advance

• In Person: Purchase your tickets at the Theatre ticket window. On performance days, the ticket window opens anywhere between 2 hours and 90 minutes before the advertised performance time. Due to the popularity of our shows, you should purchase your tickets early to avoid inconvenience to yourself and other patrons, particularly if in a large group.

• On-line: By using our on-line ticket booking system. Select an event, date, and time from on the left to book tickets online. Please note that you can not use this system to book tickets if it is less than 48 hours before the performance you wish to attend.

Season Tickets
Season tickets are now available for CTG Inc's 2006 performances. A season ticket entitles you to one ticket to each production during the year, and a program. Some conditions apply.

2006 season tickets are selling for $70 adults and $45 seniors and students. Application forms are available on-line or in the Town Hall Theatre foyer.

Ticket Conditions

• All patrons must be in possession of a valid ticket before being permitted to enter the Theatre
• Booked tickets must be collected no later than 30 minutes prior to the advertised performance time. Failure to do so will mean your reserved tickets will be resold if required.
• Late patrons will not be permitted to enter the Theatre until there is a suitable break in the program.
• Paid tickets which are not used for the allocated performance are not transferable to another performance or production unless agreed to by CTG Inc. Similarly, no refunds will be offered unless agreed to by CTG Inc.
• CTG Inc reserves the right to alter the program and performers at short notice if required.
• CTG Inc reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron, particularly those under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
• Patrons are required to switch all mobile phones, pagers and other electronic devices completely off as they may interfere with Theatre equipment. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the auditorium.
• No smoking is permitted within the Town Hall Theatre, unless advertised as part of the stage action.
• Patrons are advised to take note of any signage advising of particular content such as offensive language or action, or lighting and sound effects which may startle.
• We regret the taking of photos, videos, sound recordings or any form of media which may be reproduced without our express permission is strictly prohibited due to copyright law. Any person found breaching this condition will be asked to leave the Theatre.
